It looks like a figure standing in the water. I'm not sure what you are getting at with your question, unless you think the image has some religious overtones. The only thing I can think of there is Christ walking on the waters, but maybe that's pushing it a bit too far!

Appropriate for a Sunday? I find it an interesting and multi-facetted question.

First you don't need to set Sundays apart from the other days - you be a good christian on all of them. Sunday is supposed to be marked as a rest day (old testament) or a feast day to commemorate (new testament). Does the picture show rest? Yes. Does the picture look festive? Yes, with all the glittering lights.

One other angle from your question. Does the picture speak of God. Yes, all nature does. There is water, there is light and it is beautiful.
