Sharp, well framed and beautiful pose.
I like it!
Beautiful shot and so clear!
HAHAHA. I love your sense of humor, Ellie.
Ellie: I'm glad you think so Ginnie, it was the first thing I thought of when I saw the picture!
You seem to have a small reserve in your garden, nicely captured
Great photo well framed lovely colours he has.Well capture I find small birds dificult because they dont stop moveing
He is pretty...love his bright eye, and his engaging stance.
You do birds really well, Ellie, and I think I can learn a lot from studying your bird portraits.
Another beautiful capture Ellie. Well done!
I think I've told you how much these look like our black-capped chickadees. This one looks almost identical:

Ellie: Those are lovely pictures Mary.
I've just uploaded a very poor picture of a Coal Tit, which I think it more like the size of your Chickadee, although a Marsh Tit would be even more similar - I haven't got pictures of those but I hope to get some next week. Wonderful and another likey !!!!
This is so excellent. And set to music as well. Composition, detail and DOF.
If this is the largest visiting your garden - are there larger ones about? Must be Extra Large Tit in that case. These bird names sometimes leave no room for expansion.
Ellie: No, the largest birds that come into the garden are the Crows, but they rarely come close to the house because they're too timid. This chap is about 4 inches long, compared to the Long-tailed Tit whose body is tiny.
Tack sharp documentary style shot!
Great shot Ellie and I love the background colour.
You put your left arm in and you put your right arm in....this is outstanding and sharp, Ellie, just love it.......
This is your best in eyes thus far Ellie
well spotted. excellent composition. luvly subject. great shot ellie!
Oh Ellie this is wonderful!
Ellie: I've got dozens of blurries, pictures of wingtips and tail ends too, but very few of these birds that are sharp, they're far too quick for me. I was pleased with this one too
Like the composition, the right moment captured and the blurry background. I do need to remind myself that this bird is amazing...beautiful creation of nature...I Love it.
Ellie: They are rather amazing aren't they
Yet another good one Ellie and he (or she) is in just the right place. Well done.
This is a cracking shot, good detail and what a pose, excellent !!!!!!!!
Wawwww..This is soooo good...so peaceful!
How did u get the background in this colour. I love birds too! I'm planning to buy a new camera. Fujifilm Finepix S9600.. Do u think this one is good!
Looks like your garden is a bit of a haven for birds, and photo opportunities as well. nice one Ellie.
You have a fantastic talent for wildlife photography, I can only imagine you have great patience. I can never get birds to stay still long enough.
Perfect! "And oh my what skinny feet you have!"
Oh I see you have gone more into birds photography... with great shots I must admit! This is excellent one, very well done!
