I live near the south coast of England, just outside the New Forest in Hampshire.

The pictures on this site are not uploaded in chronological order, but all have been taken since the end of April 2006. Checking the image data will show which camera was used.

My particular interest is photographing nature, although I enjoy taking pictures of almost anything that's interesting and relevant to the occasion. A number of my pictures are from Portugal; as a family we spend a fair amount of time in this beautiful and friendly country.

Extras include a number of filters along with a stack of spare memory cards and batteries; for support there's a Velbon CF 631 tripod with Gitzo 1376M off-set ball head, a handy little monopod and me.


~ Editing software ~

I prefer to use - Photofiltre -, the basic and free version because it does all I need, although I also have Olympus Master and Photoshop.
